A Asociación de Xóvenes Emprendedores Lucenses está a acoller estudantes Erasmus en prácticas de diferentes países, que colaboran tanto na actividade da asociación como con outras empresas coas que se contacta para que poidan aproveitar a súa estadía e coñecer a realidade empresarial de primeira mán. Desde o comezo do programa no ano 2014 pasaron case 70 estudantes de formación diversa (enxeñería informática, dereito, economía e empresa entre outras), por períodos que van desde 1 mes como mínimo, ata un máximo de 6. Durante a súa estadía a asociación programa actividades de ocio, gastronómicas, viaxes, cursos de español, axudalles na búsqueda de aloxamento, trámites ante distintos organismos, etc.
